General ManagerAs general manager of Commission Junction, Pollard's primary responsibility is to oversee the operations of Commission Junction's U.S. offices located in Santa Barbara, CA; Boston, MA; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; and Westlake Village, CA. Pollard originally joined affiliate marketing solutions provider BeFree in 1999 prior to its acquisition by ValueClick and subsequent merger with Commission Junction in 2003. During her eight-year tenure with BeFree and Commission Junction, she managed the teams responsible for advertiser and publisher client development and introduced such initiatives as the CJ Performer™, a program that facilitates strategic relationships between top-performing publishers and key advertisers. In her most recent role as Vice President of Client Development-East, Pollard managed the East Coast account teams responsible for Commission Junction's top-performing clients. Prior to Commission Junction, Pollard operated in a sales capacity at consulting firm Keane, Inc., and at i-Cube (now Avenue A/Razorfish). She has a bachelor's degree from Ohio University. Dave Osman
Senior Vice President, OperationsDave Osman oversees sales, marketing, West Coast client development, CJ Media™ and agency relationships. His strong operational and strategic development experience make him a key member of the executive team. Since joining Commission Junction in 2003, Osman has been responsible for running the advertiser account management teams on both the East and West Coasts and has played an integral role in developing strategic partnerships with advertisers and publishers. He was instrumental in developing a strategic accounts team that consistently grows clients' revenue. Prior to Commission Junction, Osman was the vice president of sales and marketing at a high-tech firm, where he was responsible for U.S., European and Pan Asian sales and marketing operations. Osman holds a BA from Antioch University and an MBA from the University of La Verne. Kim Riedell
Vice President, Client Development – EastKim Riedell oversees East Coast client account management. She joined Commission Junction from BeFree when the two companies merged in 2003 and has since managed account teams to consistently grow client revenue. Prior to Commission Junction, Riedell was a director at Student Advantage and has held sales and marketing positions at Lightbridge and MCI Telecommunications. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire and is currently pursuing her MBA at the Simmons School of Management. Terance Kinsky
Vice President, Client SolutionsAs vice president of client solutions, Terance Kinsky guides the continued growth of Commission Junction's client base and establishes the strategic direction of the company's product roadmap. Kinsky joined Commission Junction in September 2000 as the director of business systems and has since led the strategic planning of network quality initiatives, including the development of systems and policies that supported the introduction of the industry's first Code of Conduct. Prior to joining the company, Kinsky was a product manager for DPTechnology and an engineer with MPR Associates and IBM. Anders Bjoras
Vice President, EngineeringAnders Bjoras leads Commission Junction's engineering team. He joined the company in 1999 and shaped the direction and development of its technology. Prior to Commission Junction, Bjoras was a technology consultant for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He graduated with a degree in computer science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. |
